About Me

I am a personal story work coach, earning a Level III certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from The Allender Center, well-known for its expertise in narrative therapy and story work. I continue to pursue professional development and hone my skills as a facilitator for The Allender Center’s Level I trainings. It is my honor to bear witness to the sacred stories of those courageous enough to enter.

With a background in education and time spent in social work, plus nearly twenty-five years of experience in college and pastoral ministry, I enjoy walking alongside others who are seeking to integrate faith into the complexities of their hurts, doubts, struggles, hopes, and fears. I am one who is well-acquainted with heartache, and I know what it is to wrestle with hope in long seasons of waiting.

I am also a wife of thirty-three years and a mother of three adult children including one, adopted. I love real conversations, adventuring in beautiful places with my husband, spending time with our kids (and laughing until my side splits), sipping sweet tea, and baking chocolate chip cookies.
